Claude Code Developers for Oakland, California businesses

Ideas become working features quickly when Claude Code builds and experienced developers review, all wrapped in weekly delivery you can count on.

  • Working software every single week
  • Reviewed carefully by a developer
  • NDA on request, no problem
  • No tiers, just one offering
Where a developer helps most

You did not write it, you do not fully understand it, and yet it is now yours to keep alive. Inherited software puts you in a position where the safest looking option, doing nothing, is slowly the most costly one. Claude Code Developer helps you act with confidence instead. We work with Claude Code, guided by experienced developers who respect the risks in unfamiliar code. We understand before we change, a QA team tests before delivery, and a project manager stays your single contact. You own the code and its complete history from the very first day.

What we do

What we build with Claude Code

Customer-Facing Web Apps

We build the online experiences your customers rely on daily, tested feature by feature before they ever go live.

Apps For Every Phone

Your product reaches users wherever they are, with mobile apps designed for everyday reliability and clean interaction.

Operations Dashboards

Managers get a single, honest picture of the business through dashboards built around the metrics that matter to them.

Rapid Prototyping

We shape rough ideas into working demos quickly, letting you show, test, and refine before the real build starts.

Modernizing Old Software

Aging applications are brought back to health, made more secure, and prepared for the features you want next.

Task Automation

Tedious, error-prone routines get handed to software that runs them consistently, freeing your time for higher-value work.

Why it works

Software you can rely on

We build fast, but we never skip the steps that keep your software working. That is where most of our effort goes.

  • A working build every week. You see real progress, not a status update.
  • Every change is reviewed. A developer checks each line before it ships.
  • We add tests first. On older code, we add a safety net before we change anything.
  • You own everything. The full code and history are yours from day one.
In practice

How this looks in practice

A public form was collecting leads, but the data never reached the sales team cleanly. We built an integration that validated submissions and dropped them straight into the tools reps already used. A developer reviewed the work with Claude Code, and QA tested malformed inputs before delivery. Leads arrived complete and ready to act on, and manual retyping went away. The client received a working build each week and confirmed the field mapping as it took shape. An NDA was in place from the start at the client's request.

How we think about it

Not every problem wants an automated answer, and pretending otherwise leads to trouble. Some decisions need a person weighing tradeoffs that a model cannot fully grasp. We keep those decisions human and let Claude Code carry the load where the path is clear. This is not distrust of the tool. It is respect for the parts of software that still require judgment, taste, and an understanding of what the client actually needs.

What usually goes wrong

A first draft that compiles can fool anyone into thinking the job is done. Compilation says the syntax holds together, not that the logic serves the goal. That gap is exactly where mistakes hide. A developer on our side reviews the intent behind each function, not just whether it runs. Once that review is complete, QA exercises the feature against real conditions. The client receives code that has been read by a person and tested by a team, never something merely generated.

How we work

How the work runs

Rather than sorting clients into plan buckets, we keep pricing as one clean offering. After scoping the work together, we decide whether fixed price or hourly is the better fit for the build. That is the only variable, and it is resolved through conversation, not a chart. No tiers, no packages, no fine print separating one level of service from another. Everyone gets the same careful attention to their project, and the price simply follows the work that needs doing.

One person runs your project

A project manager is your main point of contact from day one, plans the work, and keeps you updated. You never have to chase five people for an answer.

We turn the goal into small tasks

We break the work into pieces small enough that each one has a clear right answer, then share the plan so you know exactly what is being built.

You sign off on scope and price

You approve the task list and whether fixed-price or hourly fits best, before work starts. No surprises later.

Weekly builds you can actually use

Progress you can see and click every week, so feedback happens while it is still cheap to act on rather than at the very end.

Built with Claude Code, reviewed by a developer

Each generated change is read line by line against its task. Speed means nothing if the wrong thing goes live, so this step never gets skipped.

Tested, handed over, and yours

Our QA team tests every feature, then you get the full code, its history, and a walkthrough, with next-business-day response after launch.

FAQ

Questions we get before starting

How much should I budget for this?
Pricing is a single offering without confusing packages or add-on levels. We look closely at your project during scoping, and only then do we agree on a fixed price or an hourly rate. Doing it in that order means the number reflects real requirements, so you are not committing to a figure pulled together before the work was understood.
When will I start seeing results?
Right away, in the sense that a working build lands in your hands every week. You are never left wondering what is happening behind the scenes. The overall timeline tracks the size of what you are building, which we lay out during scoping, but tangible weekly progress begins early and continues straight through to the end.
What does your review and testing process look like?
Code is produced using Claude Code and then reviewed by an experienced developer who guides the work and corrects course as needed. Once a feature is built, a QA team puts it through testing before it ships to you. Two separate checks, developer review and dedicated QA, sit between the code being written and you receiving it.
Do I keep full rights to what gets built?
Yes, all of it is yours from the very first day, including the complete history of every change. We do not retain ownership or hand you a restricted copy. The software belongs to you outright, so if you ever want to bring in another party or move the work elsewhere, nothing stands in your way.
Is it better to go fixed-price or pay hourly?
It depends on your project, and we choose after scoping rather than guessing at the outset. Work with clear, stable boundaries often fits a fixed price. Work that is likely to evolve tends to suit hourly. We talk it through once the scope is clear and land on whichever gives you the most confidence.
How flexible are you if priorities shift mid-project?
Very. Weekly working builds exist precisely so you can respond to real software and adjust as you go. When your priorities move, your project manager records the change, we rework the plan together, and upcoming builds reflect the new focus. You are not locked into decisions made before you had anything concrete to react to.
Can you take over a project that is already underway?
Yes. A developer digs into the existing code, maps how it behaves, and builds on top of it rather than starting over. Every change still goes through developer review and QA testing. And you continue to get weekly builds, so you can verify that new work sits comfortably alongside what was already in place.
Are you willing to put a confidentiality agreement in place?
Absolutely. We sign an NDA on request, and if you want it settled before any details change hands, just let us know. What you share stays confidential either way. Getting that agreement signed early is a perfectly sensible starting point, and we are glad to handle it before deeper discussions begin.
