The content here is general information about what we do and how we work. It is not an offer, a contract, or a promise of a specific outcome, price, or timeline. Anything specific to your project is agreed with you directly once we scope the work.
If we work together, the details of that engagement, including scope, price, ownership, timelines, and confidentiality, are set out in a separate written agreement that we both sign. Where anything in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement controls for that work.
For projects we take on, you own the code we build for you, along with its history, once the terms of the engagement are met. We put this in writing in the agreement so there is no ambiguity. On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before we see anything sensitive.
Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at a scale that harms its operation, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content through our contact channels.
The design, text, and graphics on this site are ours or used with permission, and they are protected by law. You may view and share links to the pages, but please do not copy or reuse the site content as your own without asking first.
Product and company names mentioned on this site, including the tools we build with, belong to their respective owners. We reference them only to describe what we work with, and this does not imply any endorsement.
