A few things we have shipped

Names are kept private where we had to, but the industries and the numbers are real. Each one started as a scoping conversation, not a fixed spec handed over the wall.

Logistics · ticketing rebuild

A logistics company needed to replace a shared inbox that held around 400 unread maintenance requests. We built a ticketing and routing tool that sorted incoming requests by site and urgency, wired it into the systems their dispatchers already used, and rolled it out over three weekly builds. Response time on urgent tickets dropped from about two days to under four hours, and the dispatch team did not grow.

Subscription · faster checkout

A subscription business was losing signups to a checkout that took 4.2 seconds to load on mobile. We moved the flow off a heavy render to a lean front end with lazy-loaded parts, using Claude Code to work through the change with tests in place. Load time came down to 1.1 seconds, and mobile signups rose 17 percent over the next month.

Professional services · quoting tool

A firm ran quoting through a spreadsheet only one person fully understood. We rebuilt it as a small internal app with validation, versioned quotes, and an approval step. What used to take a full day of back-and-forth now takes under an hour, and the knowledge no longer lives in one person's head.

What these have in common

None of them started as a big rewrite. Each one narrowed to a single workflow that was quietly costing the business time, then shipped in stages the team could see and adjust. That is usually where the return is largest, and it is the fastest way to earn the right to do more.

We keep client details private by default and only share references with permission. If you want to talk to someone who has worked with us before you decide, just ask and we will set it up.
