No black box. You have one point of contact the whole way, you see a working build every week, and every change is reviewed and tested before it reaches you. Here is how a project runs, from start to handoff.
From day one, a dedicated project manager runs your project and handles the communication. They plan the work, keep you updated, and answer your questions. When it helps, they bring the developer into the call, but you always have one person to talk to.
Before any code is written, we split your project into small, well-defined pieces. Getting this right up front is what keeps an AI-assisted build from stalling, so we take the time to do it properly.
You see the full task list and whether fixed-price or hourly fits best, before we start. Nothing is a surprise, and you can cut, add, or reorder anything.
Every week ends with something you can actually click and try, not just a status update. If something is off, you tell us and we adjust before the next week starts.
Nothing goes in unread. A developer builds each piece with Claude Code and reviews every change against the task it was meant to do. That review is where the quality comes from.
Before anything reaches you, our QA team tests each feature the way a real user would, including the edge cases a quick demo never hits.
You get all the code, its full history, and a walkthrough so your team is comfortable running and extending it. You own all the code, and we reply within one business day if something comes up later.
Milestones hide problems until they are expensive to fix. A working build every week means you catch anything off-track while it is still cheap to change. It also keeps us honest. If a week did not produce something you can click, that is a conversation we have right then, not a surprise at the end.
The same goes for review and testing. A generated change that looks right but is quietly wrong is more dangerous than no change at all. So a developer reads every change, and our QA team tests every feature, before any of it reaches you.
Tell us what you want to build. We reply within one business day with how we would scope the first few weeks, a clear plan, and a price.
