Where a developer helps most

It is a strange kind of trouble to have. More customers, more data, more activity, and a system that responds to all of it by getting worse. Claude Code Developer helps turn that pressure back into something manageable. Software is built with Claude Code, directed and reviewed by experienced developers, and every feature is tested by a QA team before it reaches you. One project manager handles all communication, so there is never a question about who to ask. A working build arrives every single week, without exception.

What we do

What we build with Claude Code

End-To-End Web Builds

From idea to launch, we develop complete web applications and stay careful about quality at every step along the way.

Mobile Product Development

We turn a product vision into a working mobile app, with a QA team checking each feature before delivery.

Business Intelligence Tools

Scattered spreadsheets give way to interactive dashboards that let your company spot trends and make faster calls.

Startup MVPs

New ventures get a lean, working first product built quickly, ready to show investors and early users alike.

Fixing Broken Codebases

When a project has stalled or gone off the rails, we step in to repair, stabilize, and move it forward.

Systems That Talk

We build the APIs and connections that let your different platforms exchange data cleanly and work together.

Why it works

Software you can rely on

We build fast, but we never skip the steps that keep your software working. That is where most of our effort goes.

  • A working build every week. You see real progress, not a status update.
  • Every change is reviewed. A developer checks each line before it ships.
  • We add tests first. On older code, we add a safety net before we change anything.
  • You own everything. The full code and history are yours from day one.
In practice

How this looks in practice

Customer questions repeated themselves, but the answers lived in one person's head. We built a searchable knowledge base where staff could write, organize, and find articles quickly. Pricing was a single offering, fixed after scoping. A developer directed and reviewed the work with Claude Code, and QA tested the search and editing before delivery. Common questions got answered without waiting, and new staff ramped up faster. The client received a build each week to shape the structure, and owned the complete code history throughout the engagement.

How we think about it

Small tasks make review humane. Nobody reads a two thousand line change well, no matter how skilled they are. But a focused change is something a developer can truly hold in their head, question, and verify. So we keep the units of work small partly to keep review real. When the diff is small, the reviewer is sharp, and the sharp reviewer is what keeps quality high across the whole project.

What usually goes wrong

One reason teams get burned is that they let the tool set the finish line. If the code runs, they call it done. We set the finish line ourselves, and it sits past a full review and a round of testing. A developer inspects and refines what was generated, and QA verifies each feature before delivery. The client owns the entire codebase and its history from the start, so the standard we hold is the standard they inherit.

How we work

How the work runs

We keep the money side of things plain. One offering, no packages, no tiers to puzzle over. When we scope your work, we look closely at what the project needs, and from there we decide on a fixed price or an hourly rate together. That decision is never rushed ahead of understanding the work. The benefit for you is a price that reflects reality, with nothing hidden in a plan you did not fully choose. It is straightforward by design, and it stays that way.

One person runs your project

A project manager is your main point of contact from day one, plans the work, and keeps you updated. You never have to chase five people for an answer.

We turn the goal into small tasks

We break the work into pieces small enough that each one has a clear right answer, then share the plan so you know exactly what is being built.

You sign off on scope and price

You approve the task list and whether fixed-price or hourly fits best, before work starts. No surprises later.

Weekly builds you can actually use

Progress you can see and click every week, so feedback happens while it is still cheap to act on rather than at the very end.

Built with Claude Code, reviewed by a developer

Each generated change is read line by line against its task. Speed means nothing if the wrong thing goes live, so this step never gets skipped.

Tested, handed over, and yours

Our QA team tests every feature, then you get the full code, its history, and a walkthrough, with next-business-day response after launch.

FAQ

Questions we get before starting

How is pricing handled?
Through a single offering, with no menu of tiers to navigate. We scope the project up front, and only then do we agree with you on a fixed price or an hourly rate. Setting the cost after scoping means it reflects the genuine work ahead, which is much more trustworthy than a quote made before the requirements were clear.
What is a realistic delivery schedule?
You can expect a working build in your hands every week, keeping the schedule transparent instead of hidden. How long the project runs overall depends on its size, which we determine during scoping. Regardless of scale, the weekly rhythm gives you a steady, predictable flow, so you always know how the work is progressing toward the finish.
What steps confirm the code actually works?
The code is built using Claude Code and reviewed by an experienced developer who guides it and catches problems as they arise. A QA team then tests every feature before it reaches you. Since both a developer review and an independent QA pass sit ahead of delivery, defects are typically found and resolved before you ever encounter them.
Do the ownership rights sit with me?
Yes, entirely, and from the first day forward. You get the complete history of changes along with the finished code. We hold nothing back and issue no restricted license. Full ownership of the software and its whole record belongs to you from the start, leaving you free to continue the project on your own terms whenever you wish.
Which billing approach makes more sense for me?
We settle that after scoping rather than before. Projects with clearly defined, stable limits often fit a fixed price. Projects that are apt to shift and grow tend to suit hourly. Once we both understand the full scope, we recommend the structure that keeps costs fair and predictable for the kind of work you are asking us to do.
Is changing direction partway through going to be a hassle?
No. The weekly build model is made for it. Because you review real software each week, you can adjust course as your thinking develops. Your project manager captures the change, we revise the plan together, and the next builds reflect your new intent. Redirecting mid-project is expected, and the process is set up to accommodate it smoothly.
Can you improve software that is already built?
Yes. A developer becomes familiar with the existing code, understands how it functions, and extends it instead of requiring a rebuild. Work performed within legacy code goes through the same developer review and QA testing as new work. And weekly builds continue, so you can check that every change integrates properly with the software you already have.
Do you accommodate signing a confidentiality agreement?
We do. An NDA is signed on request, and if you would prefer it in place before any sensitive details are exchanged, just say so and we arrange it first. Your information remains protected throughout. Kicking things off with the agreement signed is a sensible way to proceed, and we are glad to handle it before diving in.
