Where a developer helps most

The real work of an AI-assisted build often happens before the building, in how carefully the scope is drawn. Claude Code Developer puts its energy there first. We shape your idea into clear features and firm limits, then hand the work to experienced developers who direct Claude Code and review what it makes. QA tests each feature, a dedicated project manager keeps you informed as your single contact, and a working build lands with you every week. You own the code and its full history from day one. Get the scope right, and the rest tends to follow.

What we do

What we build with Claude Code

Full-Stack Web Builds

We handle the full web build from database to interface, keeping ownership of all the code and its history in your hands from day one.

Native and Hybrid Apps

Whether native or hybrid fits your goals, we build the mobile app and put every feature through QA before it lands in your users' hands.

Data Dashboards

Numbers only help when you can see them clearly, so we build data dashboards that surface trends and problems at a glance.

Early-Stage MVPs

Founders come to us to get an MVP into the market fast, with a working build arriving every week so momentum never stalls.

Fixing Broken Codebases

When a codebase has become fragile and slow to change, we step in, steady it, and hand back something a team can build on.

Workflow Automation

Manual steps that slow you down get replaced with automation that runs quietly in the background and keeps your process moving.

Why it works

Software you can rely on

We build fast, but we never skip the steps that keep your software working. That is where most of our effort goes.

  • A working build every week. You see real progress, not a status update.
  • Every change is reviewed. A developer checks each line before it ships.
  • We add tests first. On older code, we add a safety net before we change anything.
  • You own everything. The full code and history are yours from day one.
In practice

How this looks in practice

Customer questions repeated themselves, but the answers lived in one person's head. We built a searchable knowledge base where staff could write, organize, and find articles quickly. Pricing was a single offering, fixed after scoping. A developer directed and reviewed the work with Claude Code, and QA tested the search and editing before delivery. Common questions got answered without waiting, and new staff ramped up faster. The client received a build each week to shape the structure, and owned the complete code history throughout the engagement.

How we think about it

The project manager gives the client one clear person to talk to. Instead of chasing updates across different contacts, the client has a single point of contact who knows the state of the work. Questions get answered, priorities get relayed, and nothing falls through a gap. This simple structure removes a lot of friction. Good communication is not an accident. It is a role we take seriously so the building stays smooth and the client stays informed.

What usually goes wrong

Over-scoping usually starts with good intentions and ends with missed deadlines. Because generation makes new features feel almost free, teams keep adding until the plan collapses under its own weight. We keep the plan grounded by scoping first. Only after we understand the work do we settle on fixed-price or hourly, within a single offering and no tiers. That approach keeps commitments realistic and lets us hand over a working build every week instead of a perpetual work in progress.

How we work

How the work runs

Our pricing is built to be understood in a single breath. There is one offering, no tiers, and no bundles. We scope the work with you first, then choose between a fixed price and an hourly rate depending on what suits the project. The decision comes after we know the details, never before. This keeps things fair, because you are paying for the actual work rather than a preset package. It is a small idea with a big effect on trust and clarity.

You get one point of contact

A dedicated project manager runs your project and handles the communication, so you always have one person to talk to. They bring the developer into the call when it helps.

We scope it into clear tasks

Before any code is written, we break the project into small, well-defined pieces. Getting this right up front is what keeps an AI-assisted build from stalling.

You approve the plan and the price

You see the task list and whether fixed-price or hourly fits best, before we start. You can cut, add, or reorder anything.

You get a working build every week

Each week ends with something you can click and try, not a status update. If it is off, you tell us and we adjust before the next week starts.

A developer builds it and reviews the code

Nothing goes in unread. Each change is built with Claude Code and reviewed against the task it was meant to do. That review is where the quality comes from.

QA tests it, then we hand it over

Our QA team tests every feature before it reaches you. You get all the code, its full history, and a walkthrough. You own everything.

FAQ

Questions we get before starting

What will this cost me?
There is one straightforward offering with no tiers to sort through. Once we scope your project and understand its full shape, we settle on either a fixed price or an hourly rate together. Scoping happens first so the figure you see reflects the actual work, not a rough guess made before anyone understood the goals.
How long before I have something usable?
You receive a working build every single week, so progress is never a mystery you wait months to see. Total duration depends on how large and involved the project is, and we map that out during scoping. From the first week onward, you can open the build and watch it grow toward completion.
How do you make sure the code is checked and holds up?
Every line is built with Claude Code, then directed and reviewed by an experienced developer who catches issues early. After that, a QA team exercises each feature before it reaches you. So the code passes through developer review and independent testing, which means problems get found and fixed well before delivery rather than after.
Who actually owns the finished software?
You do, completely, starting on day one. That includes the full commit history, not just the final files. Nothing is held back or licensed to you in a limited way. From the moment work begins, the code and its entire record of changes belong to you, and you can take it anywhere at any point.
Should I expect a fixed price or an hourly arrangement?
Either can work, and we decide which fits after scoping your project rather than before. A clearly bounded job often suits a fixed price, while work that will shift as it goes tends to fit hourly. Once we understand what you need, we recommend the structure that keeps things fair and predictable for you.
What if I need to change course partway through?
That is normal, and the weekly build rhythm is built for it. Because you see working software each week, you can react to it and steer while the work is still moving. Your project manager captures the new direction, we adjust the plan together, and the next builds reflect where you have decided to go.
Can you work inside an existing codebase I already have?
Yes. A developer studies what is already there, learns how the pieces connect, and works within your current structure rather than forcing a rebuild. The same review and QA steps apply to changes made in older code. You keep getting weekly builds so you can confirm the additions fit cleanly with what existed before.
Will you sign an NDA before we get into details?
We sign an NDA whenever you ask. If you would prefer to have that in place before sharing anything sensitive, just say so and we handle it up front. Your ideas and materials stay protected, and putting the agreement in place first is a completely reasonable way to begin the conversation.
